Refunds and Returns Policy

1. Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and reason for the return. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization.
3. Shipping Your Return
Once you receive a return authorization, please securely package the item and ship it to the following address:

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
